Spidey shows off new Audi A8

Theres a history of carmakers using blockbuster films to place prototypes of new models â€" notably Fords Mondeo in the 2006 James Bond movie Casino Royale, writes Brian Byrne.

This year, Audi is doing it, with a version of it new generation A8 playing a starring role in the Spider-Man: Homecoming movie, recently released.

The pic above is from the premiere of the film last week, with a thinly disguised version of the new car, due for public reveal next week in Barcelona.

In the film, the cars Traffic Jam Pilot is featured.
